This time with a touch of purple

I always love to come back to my mandala designs from time to time. The circular, rounded meaning of life type doodles.  They are always the most natural of designs.  By natural, I mean they flow easily, and they express how I feel a lot of the time.  Grounded, complete…. Oh I don’t know,  I just enjoy drawing them.  There are several of these I that I have done recently, so here are a couple for today.

Follow up to the other day’s Mandalas, I had drawn a couple more, but didn’t want to stuff then all into the last post.  So here are the other 2 Mandala drawings I did in my marathon meeting sessions.

I often get asked if my designs were intentional Mandalas and I had never thought of them that way.  To me there were just designs. These are like going back to my roots.  My first set of designs were done in this fashion.  For today, I thought I would go back to my roots.  These were all done in meetings yesterday.  I love the mix of black and blue, hopefully they translate well via scan. you tell me.
