Day 243 – Round n Round
Sometimes you feel like you are spinning, non-stop round and round. Life can be crazy, hectic. You have to stop and take a breath. This doodle reflects that ever spinning wheel.

It’s the end of the week, and I had doen this over a period of a few meetings this past week. So I thought I would share. Can you believe that we are almost at the end of February. The year is flying by already.
Here’s the meeting doodle (actually it’s part of a series and I will post the rest later.
After a break from the artwork to give a plug to American Idol, it’s time to return to the Art of the Doodle. My kind of Doodle. I must admit I really do like this one and I hope you do too.
Idols continue. I was out last night so I didn’t get a chance to see the Guys perform. I will have to watch it later today. But, I did promise the Simon Cowell Doodle and here it is. I will be back on track tomorrow.
You might say, wait American Idol has been on for weeks, but last night the real Idol began with the performance shows. When they go live that is when I start to get into the show. Last night was ladies night and tonight the guys perform. So as a tribute to the Idol live shows, how could I not take on Simon, Ryan and co.
I already have done my Ellen doodle ( I still haven’t heard from her) so last night while the show was on, I put pen to paper and took on Simon & Ryan and here they are. I have Simon #1 today…. with a Simon #2 coming up tomorrow.
So without further ado…. The official Simon Cowell & Ryan Seacrest Doodles.
And just so he’s not feeling left out
Here is the Ryan Seacrest Doodle
Tomorrow I will include my other Simon Cowell Doodle
Then back to so special Doodle Art.
I love this Star design.
All part of the Art.
Don’t have much to say, because I am exhausted as I write this.
So I’ll let the design speak for itself.
Over the past several months of my Doodle a Day project, I have tried several different styles of doodle. I have doodled on objects, taken on celebrities and scribbled on post-it notes. But most of all, I always revert back to doodles as art work and I love seeing what happens when I put pen to paper and let the creative side of the mind take over. Here is one of my doodles that I put in the category of “Doodles as Art”
Enjoy!
I had to just finish off my Snow Doodle series with this one, that I call “Heavy Snow moving in from the West”. It reminds me of the Blizzard last Wednesday, as I sat working at my kitchen table, watching this snow blowing. All I was doing was praying that the power would not go out again. Hopefully that was the last of the snow for this winter. We’ll see!
As the snow starts to shrink, not quite disappearing yet, but starting to melt away. I have some more of my snow doodles to share. The first is also inspired by the Olympic events of this week, which I call “The Downhill”. I will have another one tomorrow.
With all the snow we had last week, I had plenty of time to come up with snow inspired doodles. So here they are. This first one I call “The Lonely Snowman”
And this next one I call “Cloudy with a chance of Snowballs”
