Day 129 – Doodled in a day
I’ve mentioned before that when I started this daily blog, I already had drawn several doodles, so I had a base to begin with. Trust me, I have hardly made a dent in that pile. My problem is that I keep on drawing so every day I have a few more to add to the stack. You will get to see all the others, because I am bound to have days when I get a mental doodle block and nothing flows. It’s on those days that I can dive into the archives and share some of those treasures with you . I date each drawing, so I can tell what I have done for the day. They only get dated once I am sure they are complete, so often a drawing may span 2 days.
As you know most of my drawings are done on the phone or in meetings and especially at night, while relaxing in front of the television. So my mood and situation often dictates what the outcome will be.
Today, I decided to take all the drawings I did on a particular day and post them in order. I wish I had written down the times these were done, but I didn’t get that far. We can save that for another experiment.
So I call this entry “All in a Days Doodles” Does it show me as crazy or what?
Here’s drawing #1

November 3rd - The day begins
For these 2 I do remember having a plan in mind, I did want to doodle a corner piece and a strip. A pattern of sorts. For the strip I Recall I started down the side of a set of meeting minutes at my 9:00 am morning team meeting. I began with the circles running down the margin.

November 3rd - The strip

November 3rd - Conference Call

November 3rd - My mind is scattered

November 3rd - My mind is calm
