Day 75 – Finding Creative Counterparts
The amazing thing about the internet is that it is so widespread, yet so connected that you are able to find like minded people in parts of the world that you may never have known existed. Since I started this blog, I have received feedback from as far a field as Australia & Chile, Canada and South Africa. If you recall the line for the great movie “Field of Dreams”, “If you build it, they will come”. This is most true with the web. Build, put it out there and they will come.
The other day I discovered a Social Network (like a mini Face Book) designed especially for like minded creative people, so I joined and put up a link to my blog, I was amazed to see the response I got and how many people came to the blog from there. It is so heartwarming to know that what you are doing is not going unnoticed.
