Never easy getting back to routine after having a few days off, but once you do, you get straight back into it and it’s as if you’ve never been away. I’m back in DC after a glorious long weekend up north. At least we were able to escape some of this excessive heat. It was hot, but it wasn’t the scorcher they were having here and yesterday was the worst of all. 100 degs and counting. Thank goodness for AC.
